U.S. Model 1840 Percussion Conversion Forager's Shotgun, 12 bore, 34'' barrel, Belgian style conversion to lockplate, bright metal, Harpers Ferry 1836 dated lockplate, with walnut halfstock. Condition is good to very good as converted with moderate general pitting in nipple area and carbon spotting overall. Stock appears unsanded with scuffs, scratches and oil darkening.
